Thank you.  I wish other people would understand that.  I don't care either way but it is embarrassing when I see people and they feel they have to comment on my weight.  It is as uncomfortable as it was when I was heavier.  One of the things I liked about losing weight was that I didn't stand out any more and I could blend in.  Now I am starting to feel like I stand out again.

I don't think I reported in last week.
This morning 130 probably about the same.  I drop down during the week and always end up right around 130 on Sunday - must be something I'm doing on Saturday(eating)!!!

Linda, you seem to be holding steady. Good for you. If you identify why Sat is different, maybe you can avoid going back up after a mid week dip.

 Last Sunday:  219.2
This Sunday:   215.8
Total Loss: 3.4

I'm feeling pretty good about that loss!   Especially considering I'm not able to exercise yet.  A slow walk is all I can manage at 18 days put.  SOOOOO ready for this pain to subside.

Carrie, my pain didn't subside til I was 3/4 weeks out. I woke up one day and it was gone. And I didn;t even think about exercising til I was almost 4 months out...other than walking. Don't worry about getting back to that, just concentrate on healing.

And your loss this week is great.

Honestly don't remember for sure what I was last week but I think I was 112.8.  This week 112.2 so I guess I'm holding steady.  Goal is to get back to 105 but I'd be happy to get under 110...
